The
studies are not very comforting (thanks to C for the link):
Any
governor, mayor, etc. who keeps his or her citizens under stay-at-home orders
is actively harming them and should be opposed strenuously.
Let
us instead stay close to one another and especially to God’s Holy Saints, who bring
with them the healing presence of God’s Grace.
