Crimea, WWIII, and the Rise of Antichrist

The story in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (FE for short) for the GameCube is a little tedious at times, but for all that it does give us some important insights.

Geopolitics

The story centers around the invasion of the kingdom of Crimea by the neighboring kingdom of Daein and the subsequent efforts to defeat Daein and resurrect Crimea.  It is revealed that the King of Daein, Ashnard, has no interest in Crimean territory:  He only wishes to plunge the whole continent of Tellius into the turmoil of war to awaken the god of chaos who is trapped inside a small metal disc called the Lehran medallion so he can rule all peoples.

This is a noteworthy bit of foreshadowing.  This game was released in 2005, yet in it we clearly see the outlines of what transpired in the Ukraine in 2014 (and what was meant to transpire).  In 2014 the demonic globalists launched their coup against the government of the Ukraine, the southernmost part of which, it will be remembered, is named Crimea.  Having failed the year prior to draw Russia into a war in Syria over phony chemical weapons charges against Pres Assad, they engineered the Maidan revolution in the Ukraine to bring about the same end:  a great catastrophic war with the West, World War III, from the ashes of which would rise Antichrist, posing as the man of peace but in reality the puppet of the true ‘god of chaos’.

It should surprise no one that the efforts to goad Russia into war are ongoing:

In the FE world the main power on Tellius is the Begnion Empire, which in its major features resembles the Roman Catholic papacy, except here the Pope is a woman (the Apostle) and the college of cardinal bishops is called the Senate.  Through the heroes’ interactions with the Begnion Empire, a revelation is made about the Elite of the real world Vatican and those under the wider umbrella advocating the one world governmental system:  The underground trafficking in human beings is part and parcel of their life:

The Apostle Sanaki sends Ike and his mercenaries out on several missions that expose the trafficking, especially one tied to a fat slug named Duke Tanas, one of the most powerful men of the land, a Senator, who considers himself a connoisseur of beauty.  The lusting they make him exude to possess one of the surviving members of a royal clan named Reyson is not that difficult to imagine in those tied to the extensive trafficking rings of the Vatican, the English royal family, Jeffrey Epstein, etc.

Throughout FE, the player is treated to numerous suggestions that countries practicing isolationism are bad and that ‘accepting the differences’ of others is good (i.e., multiculturalism, pro-LGBTQ), furthering the ‘one world’ and ‘be your own god’ messages of the globalists within the video gaming domain.

Esoteric Symbols

There are plenty here.  The most glaring is the name of the goddess of Tellius:  Ashera, who shares this name with the demonic fertility goddess who caused so many of the Jewish people to fall into sin.  It is this Ashera whom the Apostle Sanaki is said to be the representative of.  Perhaps in this we are being told that behind the Roman Catholic Pope (whom the Apostle symbolizes) is a demonic force.

There are other references that connect back to Asherah.  One of the nations in FE is named Phoenicis, which puts us in mind of Phoenicia, of Tyre and Sidon its main cities, one of whose major deities was Astarte, a variant of Asherah:

There is a Palmeni Temple in FE in which there are priests of Ashera, and from which an Ashera staff that imparts healing may be obtained (very much in line with the fertility/life aspects of Asherah worship):

Palmeni is very close to Palmyra, thus bringing to mind the Arch of Palmyra or Arch of Baal, which has been in the news of late:

Baal is often spoken of as the consort of Asherah:

It is difficult to escape the Asherah imagery woven within the digital fabric of this game.

Aside from that, there is a Manichaean/dualistic belief system at the heart of FE as well.  Every person is described as a mix of order and chaos.  Only those whose order and chaos are well-balanced can handle the Fire Emblem/Lehran medallion without going mad.

In the sequel to Path of Radiance, we see this idea brought to its apogee, the hermaphrodite or androgyne, as the god of chaos, Yune, unites with the goddess of balance, Ashera, to become Ashenura, who created Tellius in the past.

This is consistent with the teachings of the ancient mystery cults:  The union of opposites unlocks the potential powers hidden within living beings.  For these cults, this is how the Fall is reversed, how mankind attains to godlikeness:

In short, it is the ongoing effort to become gods after the manner taught by Satan:  not by humility and the reception of God’s Grace that follows upon that, but by pride and knowledge and alienation from God.

Then there is the Arthurian imagery.  Ike’s father is named Gawain, and he formed a band of soldiers-for-hire called the Greil Mercenaries.  Gawain was the name of one of King Arthur’s Knights of the Round Table, whose most important quest was to find the Holy Grail and take it to the Middle East:

The similarity of ‘Grail’ and ‘Greil’ seems more than coincidental.  The ‘grail’ of FE’s Gawain is the Lehran medallion, the holder of the god Yune, a source of great power:

This is ultimately a faint picture of the Grail in alchemy:  the philosopher’s stone, a substance that likewise is full of power - imparting health, longevity, immortality, etc.:

And just as the Arthurian Gawain must face the Green Knight, so the FE Gawain had to face the Black Knight:

Finally, the name of this game itself (Path of Radiance) and of its sequel on the Wii (Radiant Dawn), combined with all that we have seen above, is suggestive of occult influence:  that the goal of man is achieving illumination imparted through secret knowledge, artifacts, and ritual acts:  the illumination, therefore, of Lucifer/the devil, not that given by God through the saints and angels in the Orthodox Church.

The Eastern Religious Invasion

FE validates what was written in St Seraphim Rose’s book Orthodoxy and the Religion of the Future:  The demonically aligned Elite are pushing Eastern religions like Hinduism to undermine the last vestiges of Christianity in the world.

This takes us back to the two deities of FE, Ashera the goddess of order and Yune the god of chaos.  These two are not so subtle representatives of the Hindu gods Brahma the creator and Shiva the destroyer.

In addition, the destruction of Crimea at the beginning of FE and its restoration at the end is also a good illustration of the Hindu concept of the circular nature of time, that history is nothing more than a constant cycle of birth, destruction, and rebirth.

This is also a good summary of the globalist Elite mindset as it relates to the world wars they manufacture and unleash:  Playing the roles of Shiva and Brahma, they wish to destroy the world in order to remake it according to their religious/ideological beliefs.

Thus do many of the makers of entertainment lead people into the lap of evil.  But as the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ approaches, we turn our attention to better things:

Christ is born; glorify Him! Christ comes from heaven; come to welcome Him! Christ is on earth; lift up your hearts! Sing to the Lord, O earth! Be exalted and sing with hearty gladness, O ye people, sing His praise for He is glorified!

When that furnace dripped with dew it showed the image of the wonder-transcending nature, for the flame , it burned not the children it had received, just as the Fire of Godhead burned not the Virgin’s womb where it descended. Therefore, let us lift our voices in songs of praise: “Let all creation bless the Lord and exalt Him throughout all ages!”

A mystery! Strange and wonderful I see! Heaven is a cave on earth! The cherubic throne is the Virgin! The God Whom cannot be contained is placed in the manger, a noble place, O Christ our God. Him do we praise and magnify!

Our Savior, the dayspring from the East, has visited us from on high, and we, who were in darkness and shadow, have found the truth, for the Lord is born of the Virgin!
