Jean-Baptiste de Bienville

‘Canadian naval officer Jean-Baptiste Le Moyne, Sieur de Bienville, served as three-time governor of the French colony of Louisiana intermittently from 1702 to 1743. Bienville and his older brother, Pierre Le Moyne d’Iberville, traveled on an expedition that arrived in Louisiana in 1699. Together they explored the lower Mississippi River valley and established a permanent French settlement in Louisiana, Fort Maurepas. Bienville proved particularly talented, though not always successful, as a negotiator with local Native Americans. In 1718, he chose the site where New Orleans, named for the French Duc d’Orléans, was built.’

Rene-Robert Cavelier, Sieur de La Salle

‘French explorer René-Robert Cavelier, sieur de La Salle, is perhaps best known for giving the region and ultimately the state its name: Louisiana. In 1682, while searching for a water route to the Gulf of Mexico, La Salle—accompanied by a small group of European and Native American explorers—arrived at the point where the Mississippi River empties into the Gulf of Mexico. There, he planted a post and claimed the river and its basin for France, naming the territory La Louisiane in honor of King Louis XIV. In so doing, La Salle helped set the stage for the next eighty years of French rule in the new colony.’

Philip Ludwell, III.  He was born in 1716 in Virginia. After completing his education at the College of William & Mary and marrying, he sailed to London in 1738 in order to be received into the Orthodox Church. One of the largest landowners in the colonies, he remained true to the ancient Christian faith till the end of his days and earned the esteem of his peers, including many of the Founding Fathers of the future United States of America.

Earl Scruggs.  ‘Earl Scruggs, once compared to violinist Niccolo Paganini, not only pioneered the three-finger banjo but played it to standards of taste and technique unmatched by thousands of disciples over seven decades. He was an important figure in the birth of the bluegrass genre, and also brought his artistry to the fields of country, folk, and rock, to college campuses, and to television and the movies.’

Because of the heroic actions of the truckers in Ottawa and other places in Canada, covid restrictions have been lifted in some of her provinces – from Québec to Saskatchewan, although the onerous federal mandates still remain.

We cheer them, we congratulate them, but we must also warn them.  For, having disrupted the technocratic Elite’s plans for a smooth, unquestioned transition of the world through the Great Reset and into the 4^th Industrial Revolution, they have more than likely made themselves a target for elimination by that cadre of oligarchs.

The aims of the Great Reset are as follows, via William Engdahl:

The Great Reset, as explained by Schwab in his co-authored June 2020 book of the same title, and elaborated in full on the website of the World Economic Forum, is there for anyone curious to discover. It lays out a program to reorganize the global economy top-down, using the COVID disruptions to push among other things a green zero carbon agenda, elimination of meat protein and traditional agriculture, an elimination of fossil fuels, air travel contraction, eliminating cash for central bank digital currencies and a totalitarian medical system of mandatory vaccinations.

In the June 2020 virtual Davos summit of global leaders, aptly titled The Great Reset, Schwab declared, “Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a ‘Great Reset’ of capitalism… There are many reasons to pursue a Great Reset, but the most urgent is COVID-19.” The Great Reset, he continues, requires that, “governments should implement long-overdue reforms that promote more equitable outcomes. Depending on the country, these may include changes to wealth taxes, the withdrawal of fossil-fuel subsidies… The second component of a Great Reset agenda would ensure that investments advance shared goals, such as equality and sustainability.”

What Schwab does not mention is that it has been his network of Davos “global leaders” who have been at the heart of advancing the COVID draconian agenda from unnecessary lockdowns to forced vaccinations to mandatory mask. The pandemic has been the necessary first phase of the Great Reset. Without it he would not be able to talk about fundamental global changes.

Here Schwab’s agenda is global wealth redistribution for creating the infamous UN Agenda 2030 “sustainable” economy: “The US, China, and Japan also have ambitious economic-stimulus plans. Rather than using these funds… to fill cracks in the old system, we should use them to create a new one that is more resilient, equitable, and sustainable in the long run. This means, for example, building “green” urban infrastructure and creating incentives for industries to improve their track record on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics.” He adds, “The third and final priority of a Great Reset agenda is to harness the innovations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to support the public good, especially by addressing health and social challenges.”

The goals of the 4^th Industrial Revolution are described by Dr Michael Rectenwald:

As if the economic and governmental resets were not dramatic enough, the technological reset reads like a dystopian science fiction novel. It is based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution—or 4-IR for short. The first, second, and third industrial revolutions were the mechanical, electrical, and digital revolutions. The 4-IR marks the convergence of existing and emerging fields, including Big Data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, quantum computing, genetics, nanotechnology, and robotics. The foreseen result will be the merging of the physical, digital, and biological worlds, which presents a challenge to the ontologies by which we understand ourselves and the world, including the definition of a human being.

Automation will be at the core of 4IR, which is where the danger to the truckers comes in.  Having shown their ability to thwart the globalists by shutting down trade, commerce, etc., in order to have their concerns tended to, the Elite will likely waste no time in making their industry an early target for automation. 

Long before the Freedom Convoy began in Canada, there were already plans underway to allow self-driving big-rigs in Georgia.  Texas recently announced a similar plan.  A quote from the latter article reveals the risk to human truckers as it stands today, without any added malicious planning by the Elite:

Still, 294,000 trucking jobs would be threatened by the industry's automation, according to a 2018 study conducted by Steve Viscelli, a sociologist at the University of California, Berkeley.

For Julio Moscoso, a 56-year-old driver in Texas, the arrival of driverless trucks is "not good news."

He says while there are many trucking jobs available right now, that wasn't always the case. He recalls a time over the past two years when "there wasn't as much work."

There will no doubt be many justifications given for why trucking automation should be welcomed with open arms:

It is better... If they have even a little intelligence. It is better to avoid this and remain neutral. Not to take the side of anyone, neither the Russians nor the Americans, if they want to save themselves! The same goes for us! (Greece) If we make this catastrophic mistake, we will be involved in a war that will occur ar lightning speeds and will be fought with new weapons, which we have never seen before. After that, know that the forerunner, the true forerunner of the Antichrist, will be China; a country that will be a model of perfect obedience and world imprisonment, which the devil wants to impose on all people! And he will achieve this! Therefore, let's be more careful! And I would like to tell you something else. Leave them alone, all those who are so smart and who talk about all of this nonsense, which we hear from them. If they want to be reasonable people, it is better for them to pray, because the following day will be very difficult. We won't have food the following day. The following day we will have no medicine to treat our illnesses with.

‘Schools of Sts Paisius’

 

To draw a mark of sharp degree

Between Southron and northern Yankee,

The former draws the sight of all

To his casual use of money,

Freely spent on non-productive luxury –

Grand carriages, sculptures, painted pictures –

Loaning to a kinsman down in poverty,

Hosting a grand ball for neighbors near and far.

 

This is the beginning of wisdom,

But its fulfilment lies elsewhere,

In that medieval heritage

The Southerner esteems so highly.

A key foundation stone from that wise old age

Checked sordid worldliness – monasticism –

Yet it was rejected from the start

By Dixie’s gentlemen and ladies.

But without its restraining spirit

Christian society degenerates

Into a squalid pit of passions,

Mired in the passing problems and pleasures

Of the earth.  The monastic life perfects

The chivalric non-acquisitiveness

And asceticism of the South,

And her obedience to authority.

For a monk owns no property,

Stores no cash, partakes of lengthy prayers

And fasts, and meekly heeds his abbot’s words.

His bouts of melancholy idleness

Are undermined by alternating

Work and worship – from field and forest,

Craftroom and kitchen, on to vespers, matins,

And the Divine Liturgy.  Most wonderfully,

The Southron’s greatest treasure, his Sweetest

Lord Jesus, becomes the whole life of the monk

After his tonsure, his mouth and mind and heart

Praying unceasingly, ‘Lord Jesus Christ,

Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’

And not a few have been vouchsafed

The vision of the Light of Tabor –

The paradisiacal presence

Of the Lord Himself – with eyes of head and heart.

 

The plantations and smaller Southern farms,

Already agrarian Christian communities,

Yet many still await the crowning gift:  the appearance

Of the God-blessed gardens of monastics.

And being led by the gentle trinity

Of Orthodox abbas – Sts Paisius the Great,

Paisius Velichkovsky,

And Paisius of Mt Athos –

May Dixie bear her last and finest fruits,

An abundance of holy saints,

The most beautiful and enduring

Of all the South’s manifold creations.
