Election Meddling . . . with Hurricanes?

Dane Wigington has done a good job documenting how the [u]. S. Elite can and do change hurricane paths.  Here is his latest post on that, dealing with Hurricane Florence:

Against this backdrop, let us look a little more closely at Hurricanes Florence and Michael.  Both just happened to plow right into some of the ‘reddest’ areas of North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia:

It is not beyond the realm of possibility that the Elite are using this in a three-fold manner: 

1.  to bolster the electoral hopes of the Left in the 2018 midterm elections by disrupting life in the Red counties;

2.  the longer view of emptying the South of conservative strongholds and remaking her in the image of progressive Yankeedom; and

3.  the ultimate goal of simply scaring the britches off the plain folk of all places as to their individual impact on ‘climate change’ so that they would accept schemes like carbon ration cards (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1021983/Every-adult-Britain-forced-carry-carbon-ration-cards-say-MPs.html; mentioned in James Corbett’s interview here:  https://www.corbettreport.com/interview-1125-james-corbett-discusses-carbon-rations-on-x22-report/) and, in the end, be willing to immolate themselves for the sake of ‘saving the planet’ (Out of carbon rations?  Can’t afford to buy any more?  Do your duty toward Mother Nature and hop into the incinerator.).

However, it seems that more than one faction is in the business of weather manipulation for political purposes, as Travis County, Texas, the home of Deep-Blue Austin, has been hit by severe flooding in the midst of a struggling Sen Cruz re-election campaign:

Unfortunately, this is the way the game is played nowadays.  And if anyone doubts that all the factions of the Elite (whether the ‘conservative’ Trump-nationalist branch or the ‘progressive/liberal’ Clinton-Bush-Obama-internationalist branch) are this insanely callous and lustful for destruction, just consider this story about DARPA’s active research into genetically modified insects that could genetically modify crops while they are growing:
